Katherine Chan Seok Ying

Katherine manages the Tax Division for many years. She has vast experience in providing tax compliance and planning services to local and multinational companies in diverse industries. Katherine began her career with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and after that with Deloitte & Touche, where she spent about twenty years in the tax department and left as Senior Tax Manager.

Katherine is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and also a member of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).
